The VA Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, intends to contract for 2.5 FTEE Professional Radiology Services to and at the VA Medical Center's Brecksville and Cleveland, Ohio. One to act as Chief, Radiology Service and one to act as Staff Radiologist at the Cleveland, VAMC; plus one half time (.5) to act as Staff Radiologist at the Brecksville, VAMC. Contractor shall be required to perform a variety of radiological exams such as MRI, Arteriograms, Angiograms, Myelograms, Venograms, Ultrasounds, CT Scans and GI and GU studies including any necessary administration of contrast materials. Period shall be for a period of 12 months from date of award with two (2) one-year renewal options Contract personnel shall be licensed in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States and/or the District of Columbia.
