Sought Notice dated September 24, 1997 -- CITE: (W-267 SN126107). Under
item number 4. the requirement reads "management of inbound call
volumes in excess of 100 million calls annually" -- This requirement
has been changed to read "management of inbound call volumes in excess
of 20 million calls annually". Also, this modification is to give a
definition to the term "Class A" center facilities. This term "Class A"
is used by the Building Owners & Managers Association, or BOMA. BOMA is
the commercial real estate industry's oldest professional association.
Although the description of "Class A" is not written, it generally
means "a high occupancy facility, new or a couple of years old, in a
high state of repair, comptetitve in the rental market, on the high
side in decor and better finished." More specifics will be published in
this regard in the pre-qualification process to follow. Questions may
