The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Cumberland, Maryland intends to award a contract to the contractor who can supply instructional service for an Advanced Occupational Education Program. the contractor will provide these services to the inmate population of the FCI. these services are anticipated to be taught primarily during the evening hours, Monday through Thursday, although some morning, afternoon, and weekend hours may be included. The Bureau of Prisons anticiaptes a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contract. The contract will include a base year, consisting of a fall/spring/ semester, with four (4) one (1) year option periods for renewal. Option year #1 will consist of a fall/spring sememster. Option year #2 will consist of a fall/spring semster. Option #3 will consist of a fall/spring semester.Option year #4 will consist of a fall/spring semester. The antipated issue date of this solicitaiton is October 20, 1997, with an anticipated receipt of offer due by November 12, 1997.
