Engineers The United States Postal Service desires to have a new Main
Post Office constructed and leased back in Goodells, Michigan. The USPS
controlled site size is approximately 188,471 square feet. The building
size desired is approximately 2,591 square feet (net interior space
with 273 square feet open platform area). The building will be leased
for a 20 year base term with a purchase option for $1.00 after the base
term. A Postal Service lease agreement will be used. This is a net
lease except for roof and structure. The Postal Service reserves the
right to negotiate with any and all offerors. Solicitation for proposal
