This notice in not a request for proposals. This information from the responses to this notice will be used to help determine candidates for possible future testing of high templerature off-gas filters by MSE Technology Applications, Inc. Responses to this announcement should include company experience in providing high temperature off-gas filters. The Hot Off-gas Filter will be an in-line self-cleaning or pulse blowback cleaning filter system, designed for continuous operation. The process is particulate removal from high temperature off-gas exhausted from a variety of thermal waste treatment equipment. Examples of thermal equipment include: plasma arc furnaces, fluidized bed furnaces, and rotary kilns. The filter vessel will be used to separate particulate from the off-gas for an off-gas air pollution control system.
