Jacksonville, Florida, requires a contract for the pickup and recycling
of various size spent mercury lamps and devices. The place of
performance is onboard the Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida. The
contractor shall pick-up spent mercury-containing lamps and devices
from various activities every sixty (60) days (of as needed so that
accumulation limits are not exceeded), and transport to their recycling
facility in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local
environmental regulations. The period of performance will be for a base
year with three options. The standard industry code (SIC) is 8999 with
a size standard of $5.0M. This requirement will be advertised as a
