Bartolomeo (301) 443-5672 The Health Resources and Service Administration proposes to negotiated a contract on a sole source basis with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization, One Renaissance Blvd., Oakbrook Terrace, Il 60181 to continue with the implementation of a review process that incorporates a nationally reecognized accreditation survey for ambulatory primary care organizations and federal monitoring requirements deemed necessary by the BPHC. This requirement will be a twelve (12) month base year with two (2) option years. The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in 41 USC 253 (c) 1.
