S. flag vessel operating common/contract carriers of less than shipload lots, for carriage of breakbulk cargo by commodity category and loading and discharging in New Orleans, Lousiana and the Republic of Panama to be used in combination with Free In and Out (FIO) and Liner Term Service and, Liner Term Service for carriage of cargo in carrier furnished containers/flatbeds by commodity. We intend to award a requirement type contract for six months with an option period for additional six months. Quantity: Various.
