Vehicle will be operated under varying conditions, ranging from bare ground, dry rock surface, to cross country travel in rough mountainous terrain, predominantly snow covered, sometimes deep powder. Performance shall involve surmounting barriers such as rocks, logs, flowing or ice covered streams, steep terrain, and slopes not always surmountable by conventional geared vehicles during bare summer conditions. The vehicle grooms trails to make them suitable for use by snowmobiles. The vehicle will be the latest model in production at the time of delivery. Demo's with less than 350 hours will be acceptable provided that it will have the same warranty as a new vehicle. The procurement involves the trade-in of a 1985 model 2642c M.E. Tucker Snocat.
