Food court services synopsis/solication, #GS-09P-97-KSC-1014, which was published on September 5, 1997, is hereby amended as follows: The word "cafeteria" is deleted from the statement of work and the words "food court services", replaces it throughout the entire contract. 2. Included in this synopsis/solicitaion is the Executive Order 12933 of October 20, 1994, 59 FR 53559, "Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers", page 38. 3. In response to inquiries regarding the sellage of duplicate items from competing vendors, there is no provision that prohibits the sell of like items. 4. Included in this synopsis/solication is the current menu and pricing, pages 39, 40 and 41.
