Resulting contracts will be FOB Origin, 50 United States, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. This solicitation replaces the standing solicitation issued March 24, 1997 and April 22, 1997. There is no closing date for receipt of offers, therefore, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time during the life of this solicitation. This solicitation may be updated semi-annually, therefore, offerors should request an updated solicitation six months after this notice. This schedule became continuous on March 24, 1997 and contains contracts with periods that commence on the date of award (1st day of the month following completion of award) and expire five years (exclusive of any options) from the date of award. All contracts under this Multiple Award Schedule include an Option to Extend the Term of the Contrct for an additional five year period, unless canceled sooner. Under this solicitation, offers will be acccepted for brands identical to those currently awarded. All contracts will be indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts with a $100 quaranteed minimum for the contract period. All contracts to be awarded will include the Industrial Funding Fee provisions with reporting to be accomplished on standard business quartes via the GSA Vendor Support Center Internet website http:///vendorsupport.fss.gsa.gov.
