The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis, one Marketing Specialist/Volunteer Programs Coordinator in support of the Family Service Center (FSC) Meridian, MS. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12, as a commercial items acquisition. As a Marketing Specialist the contracted individual will be required to develop, produce, coordinate, update and disseminate knowledge and information via print, meetings, workshops, press releases, static displays and audio/visual materials throughout the military community. As a Volunteer Programs Coordinator the contracted individual will be tasked with recruitment, supervision and training of volunteers, provision of a recognition program for the volunteers, organization of the various volunteer programs and functions, and provision of information and referral services. Above services are to be performed at the Naval Air Station Meridian. A forty hour work week is required, normal workinghours are 0800 to 1630, Monday through Friday. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated, with a one year base period of performance and four one-year option periods. This solicitation shall be set aside 100% for small businesses.
