This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) rules. Quotes are due November 12, 1997. The estimated start work date is November 20, 1997. The performance period is November 20, 1997 through February 28, 1998. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
