Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools and supervision to provide full preventive maintenance and repair of three linear accelerators. Two of the devices (Mevatron MD and Mevatron MX6300) are located at the Department of Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System, 385 Tremont Ave., East Orange, NJ. The third device (Mevatron KD) is located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY. Performance period is the date of award through September 30, 1998, plus two one-year options. Anticipated issue date is October 10, 1997.
