This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s) with the ability to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from approximately $2,000 to $1.6 million. The estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $1.5 million. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make 4 to 6 awards under the subject solicitation. Individual delivery orders may be competed among the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis.
