This system consists of a minimum power supply of 20 amps, 120 volts, 50/60 hertz, single phase power for control circuitry, 10 amps, 120 volt, 50/60 hertz, single phase power for PLC. The Helium Refrigerator System must provide a nominal 20 Kelvin cooling for refrigeration applications. System performance without LN2: minimum compressor flow rate: 18g/s, minimum cooling capacity: 580 watts. The required delivery schedule is 240 days after receipt of order. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Process Systems International, Inc, phone (508) 898-0369) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested offerors must submit adequate descriptive literature and evidence to demonstrate their capability to provide such an item within cost and time constraints.
