Phil McConnell, Contract Officer The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to award a sole source contract to Endeavor Information Systems, Inc. for proprietary software to support the Integrated Library Migration Program. The purchase consists of 1 copy of Voyager software. Vendors who feel that they can provide this service and proprietary software should submit a capability statement that demonstrates a bonafide ability to meet the Government's requirements and illustrates it is advantageous to consider other sources. If no affirmative written documentation, technical specifications and pricing are received within five (5) working days of this synopsis, a contract will be placed with Endeavor. This synopsis of intent to place a contract with Endeavor shall not be considered a solicitation document. A contract award will not be made on the basis of any response to this notice.
