Secret Service intends to award a contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Part 6.300, Other Than Full and Open Competition, Authority (1) Citation 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). Negotiations will be held on a sole source basis with Database Technologies, Inc., 100 East Sample Road, Pompano Beach, Florida 33064-3351. Sic Code 7375 @ $18.0. Database Technologies, Inc., will provide the U.S. Secret Service with the continuation of National and State data tracking services, training and upgrades required by this agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties shall submit information identifying clear and convincing documentation including pricing for like or similar services. No solicitation is available for this procurement. This is a firm-fixed price requirement for the following: CLIN-0001, Unlimited access to Auto Track Plus up to 72,000 minutes at a not-to-exceed flat rate. After 72,000 minutes the Secret Service will be billed at a per minuterate plus any surcharges incurred, Quantity twelve (12) months. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity (i) F.O.B. destination; (ii) within thirty days ARO; (iii) delivery shall be made to: United States Secret Service, Investigative Support Division, Suite 710, 1800 G Street NW, Washington DC 20223.
