Negotiations will be held on a sole source basis with Reuters News Media, 1760 Presidents Street, Suite 250, Reston, Virginia 22090. Reuters News Media, is the only national and international news media services of its kind world wide. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties shall submit information identifying clear and convincing documentation including price for like or similar services. No solicitation is available for this procurement. This is a firm-fixed price requirement for the followingL CLIN-0001, World Wide News Services, Quantity twelve (12) months. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity: (i) F.O.B. destination; (ii) delivery shall be made to: United States Secret Service, Information Resources Management Division, Suite 1000, 1800 G Street NW, Washington DC 20223.
