Concerns having the ability for providing a Residential Community Corrections Center facility for male Federal offenders. Those individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Detroit, Michigan Metro area which include the counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, and Washtenaw. Estimated number of inmate days are a minimum of 9,125 to a maximum of 18,250 inamte days for the base year and a minimum of 9,125 inmate days to a maximum of 18,250 inmate days for option years 1, 2, 3, and 4. Estimated issue date is o/a 11/03/97. Estimated closing date is o/a 01/05/98. Contract base period is one year with four one-year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
