The District of Columbia, Department of Health Services through the ADP Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire Methadone Treatment Services for about 460 adults experiencing substance abuse disorders, either at the abuse or dependence level. This shall be a multi-modality program with distinct treatment protocols for opiate abusers, cocaine/crack-cocaine, or persons with substance use disorders. The Contractor shall provide services in facilities provided by the DC Government in Ward 7. The anticipated release date is approximately 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
