The ADP Acquisitions Branch, DAM/PSC/DHHS, Rockville, Maryland, has a requirement from the District of Columbia (DC), Addiction Prevention and Recovery Administration (APRA), for Methadone Treatment Services. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued seeking an organization to provide daily outpatient medical and substance abuse treatment to a total static population of 460 adult individuals experiencing substance abuse disorders, either at the abuse or dependence level. This shall be a multi-modality program with distinct treatment protocols for opiate abusers, cocaine/crack-cocaine, or persons with substance use disorders. The Contractor shall provide services in facilities provided by the DC Government in Ward 7. The anticipated period of performance shall be one twelve (12) month Base period and four (4) twelve (12) month Option periods. The RFP will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after issuance of this notice. The closing date will be approximately thirty (30) days after issuance of the RFP.
