R -- TIF MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE OF CASS AND ENGINEERING SERVICES SOL N68335-97-R-0142 DUE 101497 POC Mary Novak Contract Specialist Code 213, (732) 323-7436. Correction to synopsis of 5/14/97. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure follow on services contract for Test Integration Facility (TIF) Management and Engineering Services in support of CASS Test Program Sets Developers. Services include TIF CASS Station Operation and Maintenance, Maintenance CASS Spares, Test and Evaluation Support, TIF VAX Based Computer Network, Security, Training and Technical Services to support CASS TIF activities. There are two TIFS currently in operation: Jacksonville, FL and Chesapeake, VA, each have approximately 38,000 square feet. The basic contract is for one year, with four one year options, for a total of five years. The TIF facilities include office spaces, storage, conference rooms, technical library, maintenance laboratory, CASS operations area, VAX mainframes and terminals, and shipping and receiving. The contractor will be required to assume the existing facility leases. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business, and will be cost plus fixed fee.
