R -- MOVE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES POC Anthony Harvin, 202-927-1127 Notice of Intent: The U.S. Customs Service intends to issue a purchase order to Systematic Approaches, LTD, 664 Sausalito Blvd., Casselberry, FL 32707, for assisting in the Customs move to the Ronald Reagan Building (RRB). The contractor will be required to provide the following support services: 1) aid in the development of individual move management plans for each of the estimated 9 move weekends. 2) assist with the development of move management teams to include staffing and scheduling. 3) provide personnel to assist with documentation and plan preparation on an as needed, as available basis. 4) assist with the implementation and oversight of the aforementioned plans. 5) evaluate and critique each move weekend, making recommendations for improvements to the remaining weekends. Interested firms must reply within fifteen calendar days after publication of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If asolicitation is issued, no additional synopsis of intent will be issued. If no affirmative written responses are received which demonstrate that a comparable source is available or that is more advantagous for the Government, than an order will be placed with Systematic Approaches, LTD.
