The renovation project shall be completed by March 1, 1998. This renovation includes demolition and installation of the architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems, etc. Evaluation factors are Price, Technical Factors (including but not limited to schedule, equipment and material quality, life cycle cost, the offeror's understanding of the work, construction approach and warranty) and Past Performance.
