Z -- 8(A) COMPETITIVE: INDEFINITE-DELIVERY, INDEFINITE-QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE-AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT FOR WESTERN WASHINGTON, WESTERN OREGON AND SUBINSTALLATIONS OF FORT LEWIS, WA SOL DACA67-98-R-0010 DUE 120197 POC Contract Specialist Mary E Mitton (206) 764-6806 (Site Code DACA67) PROJECT: This solicitation is restricted to 8(a) firms in the Seattle and Portland District Offices of the Small Business Administration (SBA). The Seattle District, Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for a multiple-award, multi-year task order contract (MATOC) to perform multidisciplinary maintenance, repair and minor construction work in support of military and civil construction projects in Western Washington, Western Oregon and subinstallations of Fort Lewis, WA. One indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Note that this requirement is referenced in the CBD notice published on 22 September 1997 for RFP No. DACA67-98- R-0002. As requirements develop, Task Orders will be issued on a competitive or sole source basis, at the Government's option. Awardee (SBA-8(a) firm) may also compete with other sources (e.g., awardees under Solicitation No. DACA67-98-R-0002) for projects. Projects may vary from 100 percent design to design-build in nature. The contract will include a base year and four option periods. Maximum value of this MATOC will be limited to $4 million per period or $20 million over the life of the contract. Task Order minimum and maximum limits are $50,000 and $2 million, respectively. This solicitation will include a sample project entitled "Replace Siding, Windows and Doors, Madigan Housing Area 23, Fort Lewis, WA," which will be used only for evaluation purposes for selecting the successful 8(a) contractor under this solicitation. The RFP package will be available on or about 20 Oct 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available.
