Work includes reconstruction of loop roads and spurs; installation of entrance gate; construction of new impact areas at each camping spur; construction of all utilities including water lines, sewer lines, electrical wiring and control wiring; selective demolition of existing utilities, one bathhouse and impact areas; development of an existing well; installation of solar electrical system to power submersible well pump; construction of a new bathhouse; construction of sidewalks, site lighting and two information boards; and cleaning and sealing the interior of the existing potable water reservoir. Construction of the roads and spurs include 2.1 acres of clearing and grubbing; 34.3 stations of excavation; 465 CY of borrow excavation; 1055 CY of crushed aggregate; 346 tons of hot mix asphalt; 1575 gallons of liquid asphalt; one 24 inch steel end section; 24 each 21 inch span by 15 inch rise steel end sections; 5 linear feet of 24 inch poly coated CSP; 330 feet of 21 inch span by 15 inch rise poly coated CSP arch; 2.2 acres of seeding and one lump sum for traffic markings.
