This is a combined synopsis/quotation in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation; quotes are being requested and a written quotation will not be issued. F41636-98-Q0009 is a request for quotation (RFQ). The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46, and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-12. Requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, standard industrial classification is 4941, and the small business size standard is 3.5 million. The employee class are Truckdriver, Medium Truck, monetary wages are $11.94 with 29.55% fringe benefits. U.S Department of Labor, wage determination number 94-2521 revision 10 ( 14 AUG 96) for the state of Texas is applicable to this requirement. Contractor shall perform non-personal services to include the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, material, transportation, supplies and supervision incidentals and necessary for the setup and removal of three (3) 6000 gallon fiberglass water tanks and the delivery of an estimated 22,500 gallons monthly to Lackland AFB, Texas. Vendor will be required to provide water treatment to prevent bacteria and germs, inspections and maintenace of the tanks on a weekly basis. The period of performance is from 01 NOV 97 thru 30 SEP 98. The clauses and provisions apply to this requirement are those in accordance with Subpart 13 and 52.
