Please be informed that the Numerical Propulsion System Simulation (NPSS), RFP3-080449 is on hold until further notice. Due to recent reductions in the FY1998 budgets and uncertainties in the FY1999 budget, funding for this procurement is no longer available at this time. Negotiations to obtain funding for this RFP are underway; however, no date for proceeding with this RFP has yet been determined. (0279)
