This procurement will conducted under SIC Code 0181. The size standard for this SIC code is $0.5 million. Large businesses competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals forsubcontracting are 55.0% for small business, 8.5% for small disadvantaged business, and 3.0% for small business/woman-owned.
