Concerns having the ability for providing a community residential corrections facility(s) for Juvenile Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the District/State of Arizona. Estimated inmate days are 7,300 for the base period, 3,650 for the first, second, and third option years, respectively (males 80%, females 20%). Estimated RFP issue date is November 6, 1997, estimated RFP closing date is January 5, 1998. Contract base period is two years with three one-year option years to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
