This Request for Proposals is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation and is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 The applicable SIC Code is 1711. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 10 October 1997. Plans and specifications will be available at a non-refundable charge of $10.00 per set.
