Martin, Contract Specialist, (703) 492-3329 The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a contract to The Boeing Company, 5000 E. McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ 85215-9797, for two 30mm Bushmaster II Cannons (30 x 173) with an option for one additional cannon. The acquisition includes the technical manuals, qualification test spares, and maintenance and repair kits. The cannon will be used on the Marine Corps Advanced Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAAV) currently being designed and developed by General Dynamics Amphibious Systems under contract M67854-96-C-0038.
