Human Development (NICHD) is looking for potential contractual sources
for the production of Monoclonal Antibodies in accordance with the
following protocol: 1) Five BALB/c mice immunized at three-week
intervals. 2) Test bleed 10 days after third injection. 3) Final boost
three days before fusion. 4) Fusion of spleen from selected mouse with
an appropriate myeloma cell line. 5) Cells grown. 6) ELISA testing for
antibody production. 7) Cloning of antibody-producing cells.
8)Cryopreservation of clones. 9) Ascites fluid prepared in ten mice.
The purpose of this synopsis is to develop a list of potential sources
capable of performing the government's requirements as described.
Capability Statements should be submitted within 45 days of publication
