The General Services Administration hereby notifies their intent to award an Architect-Engineer Contract to Gould Evans Goodman Associates, 4041 Mill Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64111, (816) 931-6655, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The services include architectural, interior, museum exhibit, mechanical, electrical, structural, fire/life safety, security and related engineering discipline design. The work includes, but not limited to, planning, design and contract documents for renovations and modifications to the existing library facility, HVAC, and electrical equipment. The estimated construction cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The agency will consider other responsible qualifications, if received no later than 30 days from the date of this notice, at the above address, ATTN: Ronald C. Noll, ROOM 2021. The agency will evaluate qualifications (SF254 and SF255), in accordance with FAR 36.602-1.
