Vovk, Contract Specialist, (972) 308-1988 The IRS intends to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition process to Davox Corporation for the continued maintenance of their Level 1 Dialer System which includes line cards, audio ports, printer, data manager, tape interface & drive, 5900 workstation, master controller, async controller, user defined reports, user produced messages and CAS 500/1000 software. This equipment is installed at the IRS building at 1821 Directors Blvd. in Austin, Texas. This equipment is outdated and Davox is the sole provider of this maintenance for their own system. Therefore, this procurement is a SOLE SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and telephone requests for a copy of a solicitation will not be accepted and are considered non responsive to this announcement. However, contractors with this capability may submit a PROPOSAL with PRICING to be considered by the Government no later than 15 days after the date of this announcement. See Numbered Note 22.
