J -- TOTAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF CHILLED WATER SYSTEMS SOL SP071098R0001 DUE 110797 POC Linda Dodson (614) 692-3430 The Defense Supply Center, Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH intends to establish a contract for the total maintenance service of chilled water systems. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, replacement parts, refrigerant, lubricating oils, water treatment chemicals, supervision, etc. necessary to service and maintain various chilled water systems located throughout the Defense Supply Center, Columbus. The contractor will be responsible for servicing and maintaining the chillers, water towers, circulating pumps, purge systems, water treatment systems, control panels, starter panels and all interconnected piping, wiring, and controls necessary to make the chilled water systems fully operational. Only service contractors with a minimum of three years experience in the service of chillers are qualified to submit a proposal for this project. Chiller manufacturers include Trane, Acme, McQuay, Carrier and Westinghouse. Period of performance will befor a basic year with four one year options. This solicitation is unrestricted.
