Inspect tank and make assessment of needed repairs. Make repairs as approved by the appropriate officials of the Excelsior Springs Job Corps Center. Paint interior of tank with approved non toxic and safe coating for fresh water storage. Paint exterior with coat of metal primer and a fresh coat of aluminum paint.
