Davis, 402-221-3464 Furnish all labor and materials for completion of 3 bound, narrative self-contained appraisal reports for each of 46 tracts at St. Croix National Scenic Riverway for acquisition of scenic easements. Each appraisal will comply with the Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions and the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice. First appraisal will be due 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed; all other appraisals will be completed and delivered to the Contracting Office no later than 180 days from the Notice to Proceed date. The following technical criteria will be used to rank quotes: 1) Sample appraisal 2) experience in doing appraisals for Federal agencies 3) experience in use of Federal methodology, before and after method 4) experience in appraising in the local market area 5) experience in appearing as an expert witness in (Federal) court.
