Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract for public relations/liaison services for the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary at Kiehi, HI for one year. NOAA has identified a contractor capable of performing public relation/liaison services including settin gup meetings, providing correct information to visitors either in person or over the phone, developing educational displays about the whale sanctuary, developing a strategy for planning in the local area, editing the quarterly bulletin, training staff on database, and other related tasks. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Requests for this solicitation will only be honored from small businesses up to 15 calendar days from the date this notice is published.
