S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR COORDINATION AND TRAINING SERVICES/HAWAIIAN ISLANDS HUMPBACK WHALE NATIONAL MARINE SANCTUARY. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract for coordination and training services for the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. NOAA has identified source capable of recruiting and training volunteers for the Sanctuary, serving as liaison between NOAA and other local volunteer organizations, providing logisitcal support, maintaining database of all volunteer time worked, and related tasks. Sources responding to this notice must submit brief summary of qualifications with request for solicitation WASC8-314. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
