The facility includes equipment repair bays, technical support spaces, and administrative space for a 71 person staff. The exterior appearance will be compatible with the Joint STARS campus theme which incorporates red face brick with horizontal cast stone bands, dark bronze metal standing seam hipped roof 3:12 pitch, and a custom fascia/soffit system with concealed gutter and downspouts. Special attention will be given to the foundation and the floor system to prevent the severe settlement that has occurred in adjacent structures. Network Analysis System will be required.
