70 -- COMPUTER CONTROLLED LINK SYSTEMS WITH COMPONENTS SOL N61339-98-Q-0021 DUE 102797 POC Jeanne Morrison, Contracting Officer, 407-380-4052 The government intends to procure on a Sole Source Basis from Applied Computer Systems, 3060 Johnstown-Utica Road, Johnstown, OH., the following: The Contractor shall provide a total of 2 Computer Controlled Link Systems (CCLS) in support of the Submarine Interactive Courseware Training Systems, Devices 21H27A-11 and 21H27-10. Each CCLS shall be composed of the following hardware. Computer Controlled Link System (CCLS), Model Number CCLS-ADV, Qty 2 EA; 14" SVGA Touchscreen Monitor, Model Number CCTS-14, Qty 2 EA; Video/Keyboard/Mouse Link Control, Model Number LCU 200, Qty 20 EA; Projector Control, Model Number PC, Qty 2 EA; 2-Way Projection Configuration, Model Number PC-2-WAY, Qty 2 EA; Magic Pointer-250, Model Number MP-250, Qty 2 EA. The Contractor shall provide all necessary software, cabling, connectors, and power supplies required for a complete installation into training classrooms. Each CCLS when integrated with each training device, Device 21H27A-11 and 21H27-10, shall meet the requirements as stated in the Statement of work. Each CCLS shall be covered by a 1 year warranty. The contractor shall conduct instructor training in the operation of the CCL's for not more than 8 instructors/ system administrators. Instruction shall include daily readiness, operation, and maintenance of the CCLS. Training shall be held at an agreed upon date to be mutually determined after award. The contractor shall deliver the CCL's to the Naval Submarine Base, Groton, CT 06349. The equipment shall include associated documentation.
