Provide environmental assessment and/or remediation services at the bulk fuel storage and shipping facilities at the following Defense Fuel Support Points: DFSP Melville, RI; DFSP Searsport, ME; DFSP Newington, NH; DFSP Casco Bay, ME; and DFSP Verona, NY. The scope of required services will include the ability to respond under both emergency spill situations and programmed assessment/ remediations, to provide clean-up of spilled fuel, determine extent of impacted soil, surface, and groundwater, and remediate fuel contaminated soil and water using a variety of available technologies.
