This is a solicitation for single family closing agent services for the HUD Illinois State Office. There are two geographic areas. Northern Illinois consists of 13 counties and Southern Illinois consists of 36 counties in Illinois. The Contractor shall perform various services regarding closing services for sales of single family properties (between one and four units). The term of the contract is a one-year base period with two one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7389. See Number Note 1. The size standard of $5.0 million average annual receipts over the past three years includes revenues and commissions, not funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party.
