The U.S. Department of Commerce Labs require on-site trash collection, disposal and cardboard recycling at 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO and the Table Mountain Field Site, Building F6, (7.5 miles north of Boulder on Route 36). Services are required for the period October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with option to renew for three one-year terms. Award decision will be based upon the best value to the Government, with factors such as past performance being considered as well as price.
