The United States PostalService is solicitating for proposals to lease an existing building,space to be modified, or a building to be constructed for the Charlestown, NH main post office. The term is for 20 years with two 5-year renewal optons. Proposals will be received through November 28, 1997, and must be submitted by principals only, on specified forms and in accordance with the official aadvertisement for space. Additionally, the Postal Service will consider the purchase of one to two acres of land with a letter proposal sent to the above office containing a sketch of the location, address and price. Solicitations packages may be purchased by sending a non-refundable cashier's check or money ordermade payable to "USPS Disbursing Officer" in the amount of $25.00 to the above address.
