The United States Postal Service is solicitating for proposals to lease an existing building, space to be modified, or a building to be constructed for the Milton, NH main post office. The preferred area is within one and one-half to two miles of the present post office. The space requirements are 4,000 net interior square feet of building. The term is for 20 years with two 5-year renewal options. Proposals will be received through November 28, 1997, and must be submitted by principals only, on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space. Additionally, the Postal Service will consider the purchase of one to two acres of land with a letter proposal sent to the above office containing a sketch of the location, address and price.
