The work to be performed under this project involves the reroofing of mult-level roofs on Building A; including, but not limited to the following: approximately 116,000 GSF of existing built-up roof replacement with new built-up roof, replacement of deteriorated roof decking, removal of existing roofs with some minor quantities of asbestos containing materials, new flashing/sheetmetal and copying, new rainleaders and downspouts, new tapered roof insulation, new curbs for mechanical equipment, removal and reinstallation of certain pieces of mechanical equipment at the Gainesville Job Corps Center in Gainesville, Florida. The estimated cost range for construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
