The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-95-G-0203 to integrate Modular Integrated Avionics Group (MIAG) Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) into the Pioneer Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). The MIAG ECP will include the integration, test, fabrication, and installation of the MIAG in existing fleet Pioneer UAVs. The ECP will also include delivery of a technical data package, training and unique Pioneer/MIAG support equipment. PUI is the sole designer, developer and supplier of the Pioneer UAV system, and, as such, is the only source with the technical expertise and data required to meet the Government's needs.
